Superb Hamburgers

Grilling Time: 10-30 Minutes

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Additional Information/Details:

• 1/4 lb. Ground Beef

Preparation:
Form burger patties from ground beef.

Grilling:
Set probe temp. to 160°F. Set your grill temperature according to how quickly you wish them ready:
320°F is for 30 minutes (set vent at #2), or
350°F is for 24 minutes (set vent at #3), or
380°F for 20 minutes (set vent at #4).

If you preheat the grill, subtract about 10 minutes from expected cook times.

Serving:
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.

If using frozen patties, add approximately 5 minutes.

Enhance your burgers with one or more of the following:

• Mix dry onion flakes in with your ground beef or pork.
• Sprinkle Country Seasoning™ or Sizzlin' Steak™ on your burgers or mix it into the patties.
• Place a few mesquite chips in the smoker tray to add a light "campfire" smoke flavor.
