Angel Food Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box One-Step Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 (16 oz) can Pumpkin
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 box Pumpkin Pie Spice Instant Pudding
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Directions
- Cake: Mix ingredients together and put in a 9" x 13" pan or tube pan.
- Icing: 1 box Pumpkin Pie Spice Instant Pudding mixed according to directions.
- Then add 8 oz. Cool Whip.
- Spread over cake when cool.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Quick Tips
- Note: Can substitute 1 tsp. Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Ginger, and 1/4 tsp. Cloves for the Pumpkin Pie Spice.
