Angel Food Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 box One-Step Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 1 (16 oz) can Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 box Pumpkin Pie Spice Instant Pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Directions
  1. Cake: Mix ingredients together and put in a 9" x 13" pan or tube pan.
  2. Icing: 1 box Pumpkin Pie Spice Instant Pudding mixed according to directions.
  3. Then add 8 oz. Cool Whip.
  4. Spread over cake when cool.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Quick Tips
  • Note: Can substitute 1 tsp. Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Ginger, and 1/4 tsp. Cloves for the Pumpkin Pie Spice.
