Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups Zucchini
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Applesauce
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes in the oven and approximately 60 minutes on the grill.
