Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Zucchini
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Applesauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes in the oven and approximately 60 minutes on the grill.
