Season your steak to taste.
Insert your probe into your steak and set the probe temp. to 140-155°F, depending on desired doneness.
1" steaks: 320°F for 35-40 minutes, 340°F for 30-35 minutes.
3/4" steaks: 340°F for 25-30 minutes.
