Directions
  1. Season pork chops to taste.
  2. Set grill at 320°F.
  3. Insert probe and set for 145-150°F.
  4. Enjoy!

  • Good with brushed-on BBQ sauce or you may add pineapple, cherries and garlic. Then wrap in a chesse cloth.
