Pecan Pie Muffins

Grilling Time: 12-15 Minutes

Additional Information/Details:

• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 2/3 cup melted, salted Butter
• 1 cup chopped Pecans

1. Preheat grill or oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
3. Pour into a greased mini-muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
4. Bake 12-15 minutes.

• Makes 2 1/2 - 3 dozen. **Tip: Garnish each muffin with a pecan half.
