Pecan Pie Muffins
Grilling Time: 12-15 Minutes
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup melted, salted Butter
- 1 cup chopped Pecans
- Preheat grill or oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
- Pour into a greased mini-muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Makes 2 1/2 - 3 dozen. **Tip: Garnish each muffin with a pecan half.
