Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Additional Information/Details:

• 1/2 cup Margarine
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 1 3/4 cups Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 2 1/2 cups. Flour
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 1/2 cups Sour Milk
• 2 cups Zucchini (peeled & grated)
• 1/2-1 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon (Optional)

1. Cream first 5 ingredients.
2. Add dry ingredients alternating with sour milk.
3. Stir in zucchini.
4. Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
6. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
