Where To Cook:
|Pheasant||“Surprise,” such as:||pickled jalapeño slices|
|water chestnuts||cream cheese||green olives|
Wrap Pheasant & "Surprise" with bacon.
Sauté wrapped pheasant in butter. Cook in pan, or directly on grill grate at 320°F for 20-30 minutes.
