Ingredients
  Pheasant “Surprise,” such as: pickled jalapeño slices
  water chestnuts cream cheese green olives
  pineapple
Directions
Preparation:
Wrap Pheasant & "Surprise" with bacon.

Cooking:
Sauté wrapped pheasant in butter. Cook in pan, or directly on grill grate at 320°F for 20-30 minutes.
