Ingredients
  • Pork Loin - 4-6 lb
  • Hormel Black Label Maple Bacon - 1 lb
  • Pineapple - 3 slices
  • Sliced or Pieces of Mushroom - 1 small can
  • Marachino Cherries - 3 Each
Directions

Place the 2 pork loins onto the lower grate of your Dakota Grill and insert the probe into the loin. Set the grill cooking temp to 320°F and wait for the beep.
