  • Pheasant

“Surprise,” such as:

  • pickled jalapeño slices
  • water chestnuts
  • cream cheese
  • green olives
  • pineapple
Directions

Preparation:
Wrap Pheasant & "Surprise" with bacon.

Grilling:Sauté wrapped pheasant in butter. Cook in pan, or directly on grill grate at 320°F for 20-30 minutes.

Quick Tips
  • Surprise can include pickled jalapeño pieces, water chestnuts, cream cheese, or green olives. Be creative.
