Peach Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 baked Pie Shell or Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Peaches, mashed or crushed
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
  1. Slice fresh peaches on bottom crust.
  2. Cook sugar, cornstarch and water, stirring until thick and clear.
  3. Add 2 Tbsp. Butter while hot.
  4. Let mixture cool, then pour over top of peaches.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve with whipped cream.

  • Note: Could try Tapioca Pudding instead of Cornstarch.
