Peach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 baked Pie Shell or Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 cup Peaches, mashed or crushed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
- Slice fresh peaches on bottom crust.
- Cook sugar, cornstarch and water, stirring until thick and clear.
- Add 2 Tbsp. Butter while hot.
- Let mixture cool, then pour over top of peaches.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve with whipped cream.
