Panless Meat Loaf

Where To Cook: Lower Grate
|2 Eggs||3/4 cup Milk||2/3 cup finely crushed Saltines|
|1/2 cup chopped Onion||1 tsp Salt||1/2 tsp rubbed Sage|
|dash Pepper||1½ pounds lean Ground Beef||4-8 slices Bacon|
|Sauce Ingredients:||1 cup Ketchup||1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)|
|1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce|
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage and pepper; mix well with beef. Shape into 4 individual loaves. Wrap each loaf with 1-2 slices of bacon: under, around and on top. Combine sauce ingredients and spread 3/4 cup over loaves.
Place loaves directly onto grate. Set GRILL at 320°F and PROBE at 150°F.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
